Buffalo not Beef is about food. I started it as a vegetarian, then moved to France for four months eating anything anyone put in front of me, and now I'm just trying to merge all my culinary influences into a happy medium. Meat is not off the menu though its a rarity. Basically, if it tastes good, I want to eat it. If its healthy and smart for the planet, even better.
